Wednesday could be toll hike day in New Jersey. The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is expected to approve a plan to increase tolls on both the Parkway and Turnpike; meanwhile, the South Jersey Transportation Authority may also approve a large toll hike on the Atlantic City Expressway. The Turnpike Authority has a $24 billion capital plan that would be funded by toll increases.
