APPEALS COURT ALLOWS STRIP CLUB TO BYOB

BYOB at a nude bar? You can in Sayerville. An appeals court panel ruled 3-0 that Club 35, a gentleman’s club, could participate in BYOB. A lower court ruled that a BYOB ordinance could be enforced selectively. The appeals court said if a town is BYOB, than those rules must apply all over.
