APPEAL REJECTED FOR MAN WHO KILLED TEEN WITH BAT IN WILDWOOD

A man found guilty of killing a teenager in Wildwood in 2013 had his appeal to overturn a conviction rejected. The Star-Ledger reports a state appeals court made the ruling this week on Alberto Martinez. He tripped and 19-year-old Vincent DeSario along with his friends laughed. Martinez then beat DeSario to death with a bat.
