APPEAL PLACED IN RUTGERS WEB SPYING CASE

He was the one responsible for broadcasting his roommate’s sexual relations with another man on the internet at Rutgers University. Ravi was sentenced to 30 days in jail for his actions. Many were upset because his roommate, Tyler Clementi, killed himself after the incident took place. The prosecution is seeking to get a stiffer penalty against Ravi.
