New polling data says that taking a public anti-abortion stance hurt Gov. Chris Christie polling numbers. The Rutgers-Eagleton poll says that 31 percent of voters said it made them feel less happy with Christie, while 14 percent approved of him more. The remaining said they felt unchanged. Christie gave a speech a few weeks ago in Trenton in front of anti-abortion activists, saying he supported their cause.
