Yet another case of a man wandering into a house where he didn’t belong in Stone Harbor. Police say they they arrested 44 year old Christopher Powell of Pennsylvania and charged him with entering a dwelling where he was not invited. A couple woke up shortly after 4am last Thursday and found a man standing at the foot of their bed wearing only a pair of shorts.
