ANOTHER LAWSUIT MAY DELAY MARGATE BEACH PROJECT

Another potential delay for a controversial beach project in Margate.  Five homeowners announced plans this week to file a lawsuit in an attempt to stop the beach project from occurring.  Bids for the project are due to be unsealed on Friday.  Margate itself tried to sue to stop the project, but was unsuccessful.  No comment from the NJDEP on the latest lawsuit.
