New Jersey will receive nearly $1.5 billion dollars in additional funding to help it recover from Hurricane Sandy. Congressman Frank Pallone made the announcement Monday morning; more details about the funding will be released later in the day. The cash is coming to the state in the form of Community Development Block Grant funding.
