ANOTHER DELAY: TI BRIDGE IS NOT OPENING THIS WEEKEND

Yet another delay in the proposed opening of the Townsend’s Inlet Bridge between Sea Isle City and Avalon.  Cape May County Engineer Dale Foster announced Friday morning that the bridge will not open until the latter part of next week due to more repairs needed on the span.  Today was supposed to be the day the bridge would re-open, but the contractor working on the span missed another deadline.
