Attorney Anita Hill gained national attention in 1991 at the US Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Clarence Thomas. Hill’s testimony brought the national spotlight to the issue of sexual harassment. Hill spoke at Stockton College on Wednesday with the message that equality in America has greatly improved, but still has many unresolved issues. Hill was the keynote speaker at Stockton’s eighth annual Constitution Day. In her remarks, she told students to do the right thing, even if it’s not popular.
