A financial emergency in Atlantic City is a windfall for its new manager. A new report by the AP says the emergency manager of Atlantic City will make $135,000 per years. Kevin Lavin was named the manager by Gov. Chris Christie, to help lead Atlantic City through its financial crisis. The salary will be paid by the Community Affairs Department in the state government. Kevyn Orr was named as a special counsel but it was not specified to how much he is making.
