On Saturday two people were critically injured after an early morning ambush in Pleasantville. Police found two victims lying at the intersection of Pleasant Avenue and Main Street, after being shot six times by an unidentified 25 year-old Pleasantville man. The ambush occurred as a 21 year-old woman and 26 year-old man were walking by the Beauty Supply Store. The two victims were taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center City Division, with serious injuries. The shooter was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and is being held at the Atlantic County Jail on $150,000 bail.
