ALMOST 100 PEOPLE ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES IN WILDWOOD IN AUG.

A joint investigation led to a really high number of drug arrests in Wildwood. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and Wildwood Police say that 98 people were taken into custody for drug related offenses last month, compared to 54 total arrests last year. Police were targeting the flow of heroin and other illegal controlled dangerous substances in the city. A crack down has been taking place in the county regarding drug possession.
