ALL SCHOOLS MUST HOLD SECURITY AND FIRE DRILL EVERY MONTH

A bill has now taken effect to change the rules on fire drills in schools. Legislation that was signed into law earlier this year took effect last week that said all schools, private and public, must hold one fire drill and one security drill a month. Security drills are for incidents like a person firing a gun, chemical attack, or a bomb threat.
