AIRPORT DIRECTOR STEPS DOWN AT ACY

Another big retirement is hitting the South Jersey Transportation Authority. The Airport Director, Thomas Rafter, has announced his retirement. He began his career in 1981 working at Bader Field and later on came on board with the Atlantic City Airport. According to a press release, Rafter oversaw many developments, including rebuilding the main runway and building a second floor to the terminal.
