A Bridgeton man was arrested on two counts of aggravated sexual assault. According to police, the incidents took place in 2012 in Millville. Edward Armstead was taken into custody on Wednesday at his residence inside of the Amity Heights Apartments. The 22-year-old was held on $35,000 bail inside of the Cumberland County Jail.
