Ever get an unsolicited advertisement via text message? Well you may soon have the option of getting out of those messages. The Assembly is going to begin consideration of a bill to make it illegal for companies to send those text message ads. A first offense could cost a company $10,000 under the proposal. The bill has passed through the Assembly before but eventually died in the Senate.
