The New Jersey teenager who is accused of killing a police officer earlier this year failed to get his bail reduced during a court hearing this morning. 19 year old Jahmell Crockam appeared in an Ocean County courtroom Thursday morning and learned that his bail will remain at over $7 million. Crockam is accused of two murders, including the slaying of Lakewood police officer Christopher Matlosz in January. Matlosz was shot three times at close range while sitting in his patrol car. Crockham has also been charged in connection with another murder in October, 2010.
