A Garden State Parkway crash claimed the life of a man in Toms River. State Police confirm that Jeffrey Rosenberg was pronounced dead at the scene after he lost control of his vehicle, it overturned, and hit a tree. A second vehicle accident took place in the same area shortly after. That man, Justin Schwartz, was rescued and was cited for being under the influence. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
