A 14 year old South Jersey boy suffered serious head injuries this week when his dirt bike collided with a car. Police in Clayton say the boy was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, which took place on Broad Street and Kindle Court in Clayton. The teenager ran a stop side and drove into the path of the van. The boy has been transferred to three hospitals following the accident.
