Six people were injured when an accident took place at the Cumberland Mall on Monday. Police say that Frank Higman, of Millville, lost control of his vehicle and hit a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old juvenile female. Authorities say that John Clark, of Millville, is in critical, but stable condition at the Cooper University Hospital. Amanda Frank was brought to the South Jersey HealthCare-Regional Medical Center from the accident as well. The four other involved in the accident were taken to the South Jersey Healthcare-Regional Medical Center as well. Higman was charged with reckless driving and possession of an alcoholic beverage.
