Atlantic City Police have charged an 18-year old with two counts of attempted murder after allegedly firing a gun on North New Jersey Avenue on an the afternoon of December 16, wounding two. City Police said Quadri Cooper struck a 25-year old man and a 25-year old woman in the incident. The victims were released from the hospital after being treated for their injuries. Cooper has also been charged with a pair of counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of aggravated assault, and conspiracy to commit murder and weapons offenses.
