Atlantic City Mayor Frank Gilliam will hold a press conference Tuesday morning to discuss the recent controversy surrounding the alleged theft of $10,000 in campaign financing. The democratic committee in Atlantic City filed a criminal complaint against Gilliam in court. Gilliam has repeatedly stated the money was deposited into his account accidentally.
