It looks like we will be paying a lot more at the gas pumps in the coming months. Mid Atlantic AAA reports that gas prices will likely jump to $4.00 per gallon in the very near future thanks to a sharp jump in crude oil prices. AAA says the oil prices have hit a six week high and higher prices are already been felt at local gas pumps. The average price for a gallon of gas has climbed by five cents over the past week to $3.47; that’s only three cents lower than the state’s average.
