A.C. OUTLET STORE MANAGER MURDERED MIDDAY THURSDAY

Just before noon on Thursday a 26 year-old outlet store manager was killed by a Somers Point man who then turned the gun on himself. Christopher Romero of Absecon, manager of the Zumiez store in the Tanger Outlets in The Walk of Atlantic City was killed in a domestic violence incident by 55 year-old Lewis Maisonet, who survived his self-inflicted gunshot wound and was listed in critical condition Thursday night. The shooting put the outlet stores on lockdown for about an hour and detoured traffic entering the resort.
