On Monday Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian released several details on how the city plans to emerge from it’s financial crisis and avoid a state takeover. The information was not enough for Councilman Frank Gilliam, who called in to a local radio show Tuesday night to question the mayor about the plan live on-the-air. Wednesday night City Council is scheduled to vote on various components of the plan. The city has until Nov. 3rd to present their fiscal plan to the state, or be subjected to a possible takeover.
