The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office announced that a 49 year old Villas man has been arrested on charges that he was dealing heroin and methamphetamine. DeCarlo Fleming was arrested after authorities found over 100 bags of heroin and over half an ounce of meth in his possession. The street value of the drugs was in the neighborhood of $8,000.
