It’s 45 years in a state prison for local drug dealer Hector Ramos of Middle Township. Ramos was handed the long prison term by Judge John Porto. Ramos was involved in “Operation White House” three years ago that resulted in the collection of 750,000 bags of heroin, and over $225,000.
