Wildwood Police have charged 37 year old Jeremias Ortiz with murder in connection with the death of 38 year old Jason Ruiz on July 14th. Police say the investigation showed that this was a targeted attack and there is no need for public alarm. Ortiz has been charged with murder, aggravated manslaughter, conspiracy to commit murder, and other offenses.
