A 34 year old Middle Township man has been arrested after he allegedly broke into a vehicle Wednesday night in Lower Township. Police say Gary R. Nelson was charged with burglary and other offenses after he stole items from a vehicle parked on East Virginia Avenue in the Villas. Pliers were found that Nelson allegedly used to commit the crime.
