30-YEAR SENTENCE HANDED DOWN IN SHOOTING DEATH

Sentencing was handed down on Monday in a fatal shooting. AJ Eldridge, of Bridgeton, faced the charges regarding the death of Tara Hayes, of Stow Creek. The two had dated before the relationship broke off. Hayes was killed in Jan. 2009. Eldridge was handed down a 30 year sentence. Hayes was 26-years-old at the time of death.
