Authorities in Atlantic County are investigating the circumstances regarding a fatal shooting early Monday morning in Pleasantville. Authorities say 30 year old Jazmen Martin-Richardson of Pleasantville was found shot to death along Iowa Avenue in the city. The suspect remains at large.
