$3 million in federal grant money is coming to New Jersey for emergency management agencies to prepare for future storms and renew their mitigation plans. Governor Christie made the announcement on Wednesday, which will bring $600,000 in grants to Cape May, Atlantic and Cumberland Counties. The monies will be used to help improve the recovery process in the event of future disasters.
