A 29 year old man was struck and killed by a passing motor vehicle in Atlantic City early Sunday morning. Police say Thomas Kovsh was walking his bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle driven by a 24 year old man from Ventnor. The driver immediately stopped. An investigation continues.
