Senator Jeff Van Drew, Assemblyman Nelson Albano, and Assemblyman Matt Milam today reinforced their support of a constitutional spending cap for government. The three legislators prefer a constitutional cap so that it could only be removed by a vote of the people themselves but would support a 2.5% cap whether done constitutionally or legislatively.
The group also cited the following areas of cost savings:
“If we work hard and in a bipartisan manor, I believe we can get NJ0 back on track for a better and more affordable future. It will require discipline and innovation for all of us,” said Van Drew.
