Middle Township Police have charged 19 year old Michael Rugg with attempted murder after he hit another individual with a two by four with a nail sticking out of it at the Village Shoppes. Rugg left the area after the assault, which took place last Saturday. Rugg was charged with first degree attempted murder and other offenses.
