A 19 year old Swainton man has been arrested and charged with shooting flares at two home early Monday morning. Police say James Dehainaut shot flares at properties in Whitesboro and in Cape May Court House; in one case, the flare set carpeting on fire. Two juveniles were also involved in the crime and their arrests are pending.
