Middle Township Police have charged an 18 year old man from Goshen for allegedly having a home made shotgun in his car during a traffic stop. Police say James Adams was arrested after police discovered pipes behind the rear passenger seat of his vehicle during a traffic stop along County Road 657 Friday night.
