Wednesday marks the tenth anniversary of a parking garage collapse at the Tropicana in Atlantic City that took the lives of four workers. The four men were killed when a partial collapse of the parking lot took place on October 30th, 2003. A boardwalk march and vigil will be held in the gaming resort to honor those who lost their lives in the accident.
