10 YEARS IN JAIL FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT ON CHILD

A Cape May Court House man got 10 years in jail for a sexual assault on a minor. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Phillip Hand III, got the prison term. He was arrested in March 2013, following a State Police investigation. The assault took place against a 5-year-old from Dennis Township in 2005 and 2006. Hand will have to spend 85 percent of his sentence in jail before parole becomes an option.
