A 37 year old unemployed laborer was charged with burglary and other offenses in Wildwood after he set up a temporary residence inside an unoccupied condominium. City police charged Matthew Loughlin on New Year’s Day after Loughlin was caught inside a unit on Poplar Avenue. Loughlin also allegedly burglarized two other units.
Funeral services will be held next Saturday for longtime Wildwood furniture store owner Charles Harvey who died on December 23rd at the age of 76. Harvey was the owner of Charles Harvey Home Furnishings that was founded in 1968. Donations in his memory are being accepted by the Greater Wildwoods Lions Club.

Wildwood Police have charged a 31 year old man with two residential burglaries this week. Raymond Griner was located at a residence on East Magnolia Avenue during the second burglary and was placed under arrest. Griner was issued his criminal charges and released on a summons complaint.
Wildwood Police will participate in a toy drive basketball game against Wildwood High students to raise money for the Pinch the Grinch Toy Drive.
