Wildwood Crest Police have charged a teenager from Manalapan with DWI and drug offenses during a motor vehicle stop last week near Charleston and Bayview avenues. Police say the juvenile was under the influence and had drugs in possession; a lock box found in the car also had Xanax and cash. ##

Wildwood Crest Police have charged a 22 year old man with simple assault during a weekend disturbance at a local motel. Ernesto Almovodar of Philadelphia is accused of causing minor injuries to his mother during an argument at the Jolly Roger Motel; he was taken to the County jail following his arrest. ##
Three North Jersey residents were slapped with drug charges by police in Wildwood Crest over the weekend. Police say three teenagers were arrested during a traffic stop. Police found drugs and alcohol inside the vehicle. ##
A 38 year old North Wildwood man was arrested by police in Wildwood Crest over the weekend after he got into an argument with his mother and locked himself in the bathroom. Crest Police say Keith Babybo had to be removed by officers; he was also wanted on a State Police warrant. ##
Wildwood Crest Police have charged a 27 year old woman from Wildwood with a strong armed robbery following an incident Tuesday morning on East Crocus Road. Police say Meghan Weigle stole a cell phone and purse from another woman and took off running. Weigle was taken to the County Jail. ##
Wildwood Crest will pause to remember fallen police officer Eugene Miglio during a special ceremony to be held on June 2nd. Miglio suffered a fatal heart attack while he struggled with a crime suspect on Miami Avenue and Bayview Drive back in 1995. A special ceremony will be held at that site. ##
