Fire has damaged a two story home on Hilltop Drive in Upper Township. The Upper Township Gazette reports that the fire call came in shortly before 8:00am Thursday and the fire was brought under control in about two hours. There were no injuries. ##

Atlantic City Electric has announced some planned power outages for Beesley’s Point during the upcoming week. The outages are needed to help with reliability in the electrical system. The outages will be conducted Tuesday through Thursday starting at 9:00am and affect about 500 customers.
