New Jersey State Police are investigating a head on traffic accident on Route 9 in Upper Township Wednesday morning. Police say two vehicles collided head on in Palermo; the drivers were the only occupants of the vehicles and neither suffered life-threatening injuries. ##
The Upper Township Board of Education this week approved a new $37 million school budget. The budget has been reduced by $1.5 million from the previous year and includes a small tax decrease for Township residents. ##
