A large barn caught fire in Gloucester County Wednesday morning and the blaze has sent at least one person to the hospital. The fire began in the barn on Tuckahoe Road in Monroe Township. The blaze generated several alarms and was brought under control by local fire departments.

Thanksgiving Day will mark the 30th anniversary of the disappearance of Mark Himebaugh. Himebaugh disappeared on November 25th, 1991 at the age of 11. He was last seen in Del Haven, walking towards a park. Middle Township Police continue to ask the public for tips that would close this case.

Woodbine Mayor William Pikolycky is the new president of the New Jersey League of Municipalities. Pikolycky was given the presidency during last week’s League meeting in Atlantic City. He has served as Mayor since 1990.
