An Atlantic City man lost his life Monday during during a motor vehicle accident in Pleasantville. Police say the man was speeding when he ran a red light and struck another car and a utility pole. The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident; the other driver was not injured.
Governor Phil Murphy’s job approval rating is virtually unchanged from last year. A new Monmouth University poll gives Murphy 43 percent approval in New Jersey, down by just one percentage point from last year. Murphy’s approval rating is lower than his two predecessors at this point of his administration.
