An investigation is underway into an accident that resulted in a Millville police officer and the driver of a second vehicle both being airlifted to the hospital. It happened Wednesday afternoon at Broad and 6th Streets. The officer was on his normal patrol at the time of the accident.

A new earned sick leave bill pushed by democrats in Trenton is now law. Governor Murphy signed a bill into law that requires employers to provide one hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked. Over 1 million New Jersey residents were currently ineligible to accrue earned sick leave.
