A 27 year old Vineland man has been charged in connection with a shooting incident in Atlantic City Friday afternoon. Authorities say Leon Green is accused of shooting the man near the Manor Hotel on Pacific Avenue. Green has been charged with attempted murder and other offenses; drugs were found in his possession.

The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference men’s and women’s basketball championships are coming to Atlantic City. The competition will be held at the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall starting in 2020. This will be the first time in Hall history that it will be hosting the MAAC championship games.
