A 15 year old boy from Atlantic City has been criminally charged with shooting a 16 year old boy during a dispute last weekend. The shooting took place last Saturday night on Arctic Avenue. The teen has been charged with attempted murder and weapons offenses.

State lawmakers approved a new $38.75 billion budget on Thursday that does not include Governor Murphy’s millionaires’ tax. Some lawmakers say state revenues are up, and there’s no need for that tax this year. Murphy has promised not to sign a budget unless that tax is in there.
