Stone Harbor, along with every municipality, is under court order to present an affordable housing plan to be approved by the courts. Council may authorize reject the bid for a new bikeway initiative.

The search for a 30 year old Rowan University students in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado has ended. Officials in Colorado say extreme winter weather has halted the search for Ryan Albert, who has been missing for a month. Albert is a senior at Rowan.
